  • Press 1 if you have a case number. You will be prompted to enter the case number
  • Press 2 if you do not have the case number. The message will repeat. Press 2 to enter the 10 digit phone number instead of the case number, along with the last four digits on the Social Security Number.
  • Press 2 to report a lost/stolen card. This will transfer you to the lost/stolen department.
  • Press 3 for all other inquiries. This will reference you to the customer support phone number.
