Debit Card
A debit card looks like a credit card, but works like a check. It's accepted for cash purchases anywhere that a VISA card is accepted, and purchases are reported on your monthly bank statement. When you make a purchase, the transaction is withdrawn from your FMB checking account.
Your FMB Debit Card can also be used in ATMs in town and around the world. If a debit card is lost or stolen, it should be reported to Farmers & Merchants Bank where any unauthorized access can be stopped.

Credit Card
FMBank is excited to announce improvements to our credit card program, including enhanced security with the EMV chip, online access to view your account, electronic statement availability and a new credit card design. This will mean a few changes to your account, and we want to make sure you know exactly what’s happening.
Your new credit card will come with the following enhanced features:
- EMV Chip Technology: Your new credit card will have an embedded chip that will help increase security and reduce fraud. The EMV chip will be in addition to the standard magnetic strip.
- 24/7 Cardholder Service: Call 1-855-340-8776 for balance inquiries, payment information, transaction history, statement requests or to dispute a charge.
- Online Access: Real-time credit card information, including transactions, pending activity, payment information and custom email alerts, plus sign up for electronic statements when you log into your account.

UChoose Rewards® will allow you to redeem points on your credit card purchases to use toward shopping, travel, event tickets, gift cards and more. Some important information about the transition of the rewards program:

Can multiple cards be linked to one registered CardValet account?
Yes. Additional cards can be added within the Menu > Manage Portfolio > Add Card screen.
Are FMBank debit cards supported with CardValet?
CardValet currently only supports FMBank credit cards.
When cardholders receive a reissued or replacement credit card, will they have to update their credit card with the CardValet app?
Yes. If the credit card is new, then the user must add the new card number to the user's profile. In addition, the user may delete the old credit card by accessing Settings > Manager > Accounts.
