5 Standard

• Minimum opening balance $150
• Interest paid if balance is $500 and above
• No monthly service charge if minimum balance stated below is maintained
• No charge for up to 3 withdrawals per month
• $3.00 per monthly fee if balance falls below $150, $9 per item charge after 3 withdrawals per month. ACH and ATM transactions are considered withdrawals.
• $10.00 per interest period for dormant accounts with a balance of less than $1,000. A dormant account is one with no activity (deposits) for one year.
• $2.00 monthly service fee for Paper Statements
• Current FMB Five Star Savings Rate on tiered balance.
• Early closing fee of $50 if account is closed within 90 days of opening

Christmas Club

• Offered as a 2nd account to help save for those holiday expenses
• Checks are cut the 2nd week in November
• Must have a Primary Checking or Savings Account
• Transfer on a Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly basis
• Renewal form signed yearly.
